***ORDERS***

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Orders placed by 2 pm PST will ship the same day*. Otherwise, it will ship on the next business day. Orders are processed 7 days a week, excluding holidays.

*Orders with invalid addresses will require additional processing time. 

Once you place your order, we ensure the quality of your gear is top notch and we pack your order to be shipped from our California warehouse. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can check the status of your order by clicking on Track My Order.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We begin processing orders immediately. If you need to cancel your order you can call us at 1 (855) 362-9464 within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try canceling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already begun processing, unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on Track My Order. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

WHY DOES MY TRACKING NUMBER SAY "NOT FOUND"?

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 business days to update online. You can see real-time updates by clicking onTrack My Order. If you do not see any activity on your tracking number after 2 business days, please email us at support@gloving.com and we’ll investigate further for you.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES?

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Shipping rates are weight-based and vary depending on the total weight of your package.
  • International orders ship in one package. The customer is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes.
  • We do our best to offer you the most competitive shipping rates possible. If Economy rates are not available during checkout, that means the Economy rate costs more than the Express/Priority rate. That's great news for you; you'll get your order faster without the extra cost.

IMPORT TAX & DUTY FEES (Int'l Customers)

The customer is responsible for any import or tax duties that may occur upon final delivery. Because taxes and duties are required by your country and collected by the mail carrier, we would have no control over these charges. When we ship out our orders we do our best to reduce the value of the order without breaking any rules to reduce the amount of duties and taxes to help out our customers.

**Upon checkout, an acknowledgment is made, above the shipping method options, indicating the customer is responsible for any import or tax duties**

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to these addresses will ship via USPS Mail service.

    ***RETURNS***

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

      Please allow for 3-4 days processing time once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a follow-up email containing your refund or store credit information. 

      LIFETIME WARRANTY

      We offer a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty on our glove sets. We are the world leaders in Gloving and light shows and we have been in business since 2010, so you can count on us to be there when you need service.

      What is Covered: We cover any defects in materials or workmanship, which includes electrical components. If it’s our fault that a part fails, we will take full responsibility.

      Length of Coverage: Lifetime*

      *Please note that after 30 days, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

      What is Not Covered: Any physical damage, abuse, theft, loss or regular wear and tear.

      What We Will Do: Process an exchange for the exact same item.

      *Please note that you only need to send us back your defective glove lights for us to proceed with an exchange.

      Once we receive your return item back to our facilities, we will begin processing your exchange.

        REFUNDS

          Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed.

            Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

            *One time exceptions and reshipments are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

            CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

            You can return your order for a refund or store credit. If you need to exchange your item(s), please follow the steps below :) 

            1. Select Store Credit as your return option
            2. Return your item(s) back to us using your FREE return shipping label provided (US Only).
            3. Place a new order with the desired changes to your item(s) using the store credit received

            *Store Credit is issued within 24 hours of your return processing, and in most cases is received instantaneously via email once complete. 

            *Please note, we are unable to honor any previous sale prices or ended discounts on new orders.

            *Customers are responsible for any shipping fees that may be associated with the new order.

              SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS

                $5 Restocking Fee for all returns for refunds

                  If the return was due to an error of our’s (for example, the item you received is defective), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return and provide a USPS prepaid shipping label via email for orders within the United States.

                  If the return is not due to an error of our’s (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it),the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.

                  For international orders, if the return was due to an error of ours (for example, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. Please use Standard Mail. We will only cover the shipping cost for Standard Mail by issuing you store credit.

                  At this time we are not able to send out a prepaid shipping label for orders outside of the USA.


                  ***PAYMENT***

                  WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

                  We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card credit cards. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay. We do not accept personal or electronic checks, Bitcoin, money orders, or wire transfers at this time.

                    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO PROCESS?

                    We process refunds daily. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. If you paid via PayPal or Amazon, the refund will be issued back to the same card/account associated with your PayPal or Amazon account.

                      WHY IS THE CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT DIFFERENT FROM THE TOTAL SHOWN IN MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL? (Int'l Orders)

                        All of the prices on our website are listed in USD. Please keep in mind international orders have a currency exchange rate, which may raise or lower the total amount you are charged.
